Ms. Dilushi Senavirathna is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Colombo, holding an LLB degree with Second Class Honours from the same institution. Her professional experiences include roles as a Law Lecturer, Research Assistant, Visiting Lecturer in Law, and Junior Associate Conveyancer in UK-based conveyancing firms operating in Sri Lanka. Ms. Senavirathna’s true passion lies in the realm of legal research, and over the years, she has gained valuable experiences as a legal researcher at renowned law firms in Sri Lanka. Her research interests are aligned towards Environmental Law and Climate Change Law, and she has contributed publications to esteemed journals in Sri Lanka. Furthermore, she is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and has served as a Research Officer in the Court of Appeal for 2 and a half years where she was actively engaged in Writ matters and Civil Appeal litigations.
