Professionally, Ms. Rashmi is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, having achieved second-class passes in all three years at the Sri Lanka Law College.

Attorney General’s Department, where she honed her skills by practicing as a lawyer under the mentorship of seasoned senior counsels. After taking the oath of office, she extended her practical experience by working under a select group of experienced Attorneys for a year, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of legal practice.
