Dr Hasuli Perera

Dr. Hasuli Perera is the Head of APIIT Business School and the School of Foundation Studies. Graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (First Class Honours), she won the Best Overall Honours Student award and was recognized in the Dean’s Honour List. She worked as a Graduate Research Assistant while pursuing her PhD in Organizational Behavior and International HRM at Monash University. Prior to joining APIIT, she was Programme Lead of the MSc in Business and Organisational Psychology degree awarded by Coventry University, UK. She was also one of the founding members of the Business Psychology Association of Sri Lanka. Her research revolves around the employee-organization relationship, with a focus on psychological contracts, expatriate management, and well-being at work. Her work is published in international academic journals and conferences. She currently teaches The Future of Work, Authentic Leadership, and Change and Transformation.
