Lakmali Bhagya Manamperi holds a LL.M in Constitutional Law from University of Lucknow, India obtained under the Maulana Azad Scholarship program. She pursued her LL.B. from Open University of Sri Lanka and Bachelors Degree in Arts from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She is an Attorney – at – Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. Her areas of interest are Public International Law, International Human Rights Law and Jurisprudence.
