Ruvini is a well-experienced lecturer in the field of Mathematics. She obtained a Diploma in English in National Institute of Business Management in 2015 and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Science from the University of Colombo, Faculty of Science in 2018. Currently, She is pursuing a master’s degree in Operational Research at the University of Moratuwa, Faculty of Engineering.
She commenced her career as a teacher for Edexcel IAL Mathematics at an international school in Colombo, and then she joined a leading girls’ school in Colombo as a Mathematics teacher for Advanced Level. While she was teaching, she did visiting lecturing in Mathematics for Science at Amrak Institute of Medical Sciences with Durdans Hospital, contributing to the NCUK program. Her passion for teaching led her to join APIIT as a lecturer in Mathematics for the NCUK program.
Her robust academic background and experience have given her the ability to teach complex theories in mathematics in the simplest manner. She always encourages and supports students to enhance their understanding and skills interactively.
